The proven vacuum clamping system VC-B can be used universally on CNC machines.The standard height is H=29 mm +/- 0.1mm (depending on type). As a result of the new shape of the sealing lip on the surface of the suction block, we have a noticeably higher holding force. The Suction Blocks are pre-fixed in order to prevent them from moving during the handling of the workpiece. The workpiece and the Suction Blocks are clamped securely and precisely by the vacuum.
The upper suction plate is replaceable; any damaged rubber sealing plates are easy to replace. The suction block bodies are plastic unless otherwise noted.
